I’ve just added all the plugins that this theme (K2) works with, except FlickrRSS (no real need - this is a multi person blog) and del.icio.us cached (same reason).
The additions are:
Should make this blog that much more interesting and useful without me actually writing anything.
BTW, write stuff people! This means you Alex.
My name is Chang Hyun, but you can call me Chang (”Chung”) for short. Me, Tom, Alex and Aimee are taking a Games Studies paper together this year, but we’ve all been mates (including Karl!) since last year when we flatted together, although Karl was in the other flat. I’m into a whole bunch of things, but to keep it short I’ll just list a few:
Last film watched:
The Machinist - A disturbing film, I had Fight Club flashbacks all over the place. A real psychological thriller, which can be a downpoint for some people, as it does require a bit of thinking. And jeebus, was that guy skinny or WHAT!?
Last game played:
SWAT 4 - Pretty fun, great interface, easy to use. Realistic damage, requires some thought and tactics. A bit of ‘a thinking man’s FPS’. Although I still can’t trust myself with lethal weapons, so I take in a tazer, pepper spray, and a green shotgun that fires beanbags. Hot.
Last book read:
Just finished reading Angela’s Ashes. A great book, really enjoyed this one. Paints a poignant image of poverty and catholicism. I don’t know why but that book makes me feel hungry.
Alex, Aimee, Karl, your turn.
I’ve invited a few people to join me on this blog to get some different perspectives. So without further ado…

will be posting here, and I’m still here

Take the time to introduce yourselves or just bust right into posting, I don’t care.
Well I took the plunge and chucked in kubrick 2. If there are any problems please let me know, this is the beta one version. So far all the problems I’ve seen are on the admin side and few and far between…
I think it looks great.
Addendum: I’ve changed (hacked?) the defaul page to allow comments to be more like my last site.
We have finally settled into the new server. Alex has just finished a multi-day marathon getting gd working. In the process we are now running newer versions of apache and php.
If you think Linux is hard… try a Unix flavour running in a jail shell across a slow ssh connection.
I spent the day working on various web things.
