Very impressive, that’s right 1000 GB of bandwidth a month. I don’t even think huge sites get that much bandwidth.

You know what though, there are 2 important things for hosting nowadays:
1)Bandwith
2)Download speed
Download speed is very important if you have a game say >20 MB
Most companies that offer deals like this one actually use the following policy: If the site actually gets over say 10 GB per month, then we cut it’s download speed. The higher bandwith it requires, the slower we give the files.
That sounds like what a webhost would do.
I’m not sure about dreamhost, they are quite cool… have their own blog and do the hosting themselves (they have a building and heaps of servers).
It would be interesting to find out what the deal actually is, if they do in fact cut the speed.
Sigh, I just noticed last month i exceeded my bandwith limit (50 gigs) and this month I’ll probably exceed 150 gigs, scary
Might as well get this plan before it’s too late!!
Might also go for yahoo hosting.

That’s scary, that’s a lot of bandwidth to go through. I suppose that’s what you get with a popular site. Good luck with it - if you do get it let me know how it goes, I’m quite interested.
Mmmm, google hosting - I’m guessing that you would have to have text ads or something, or it would be a blog service of somesort. I like google and it’s always fun hearing about what they are going to do next.
